POOR STRUCTURE
BECAUSE MANY BREEDERS DON"T SEEM TO KNOW THE DOGS THEY ARE BREEDING HAVE WEAK PASTERNS AND PAWS. YOU BUY A PUP OUT OF DOGS WITH LEGS LIKE THESE AND IT WILL BE A CRIPPLE BEFORE IT IS 5 YRS OLD- THROW AWAY $1500 IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE A COUCH POTATO INSTEAD OF A PIT BULL IN ALL IT'S ATHLETIC GLORY. HERE"S WHAT A LEG & PAW SHOULD LOOK LIKE. DOESN"T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ... The dog below is a great overall example of sound structured paws, pasterns & legs.

THE FOLLOWING DOGS ARE HIGH RISK FOR JOINT DETERIATION & EARLY ONSET ARTHRITIS....A dog carrying itsbody weight all its life on four poor deformed legs and paws is existing in a slow torture all the years it does live.

WHICH LEGS ON THESE THREE DOGS WOULD YOU CHOSE TO PACK AROUND 100LBS OF BODY WEIGHT ON A MINIMAL SIZED SKELETON FOR A LIFETIME IF YOU WERE A DOG?????
OVERFEEDING PUPPIES
Many breeders will boast about a puppy's weight as if the bigger the better. This is very pitiful as an overweight puppy is more than likely to develop hip and elbow displasia as well as other bone deformities and breakdown of paws & pasterns. Their bones are soft and in growth- overweight puts constant strain on immature joints and tendons- and another bad practice is weightpulling or jogging for more than a block or two as this also results in shock impact and strain on unstable growth plates. So when you see puppies looking like these below- think about the breeder's knowledge, ethics and concern in regards to puppies produced- and whether or not you want to pay your hard earned dollars for someone who breeds without taking time to educate themselves on nutrition & health. Or perhaps breeders exhibiting poor practice just do not care and hoodwink the ignorant buyers by presenting fat puppies as desireable "freaks' just to take their money.
PHOTOS HAVE BEEN CROPPED AS I DO NOT WANT DOGS/PUPS TO BE RECOGNIZED. MY GOAL IS NOT TO TRASH KENNELS, BUT TO OFFER EYE-OPENING EDUCATION TO THOSE SEEKING THE PUP OF THEIR DESIRES.
OVERWEIGHT
POOR REAR HIP & LEG STRUCTURE WHICH THEN THROWS THE SPINE OFF BALANCE AS WELL. RUMP SHOULD NOT BE HIGHER THAN SHOULDER.
SPLAY PAWS AND WEAK PASTERNS
SEVERELY BENT PASTERNS
TERMS AND TEMPERAMENTS

To see more pics & pedigrees- go to females/ males pages for more on each parent iof puppies listed. Also any and all puppies are $300 if sold with a spay/neuter contract. Full price of chosen puppy is to be paid upfront. Puppy goes to new home with owner transfer papers. When documentation verifying procedure has been done, a refund of spay/neuter price reduction difference will then be sent to the buyer This is due to people breaking the contract and not altering their puppy
Puppies produced here have proven to be outstanding athletes with strong sensible drive, lots of "try", and eager to please as well as easy to train, quick learners. NOTHING WORSE THAN A DOG THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW COMMANDS OR CONTINUOUSLY BREAKS SET BOUNDRIES.
It's going to be having so much fun raising and exposing these pups to Life with the "FUN MASTER"!! For some reason the anticipation is higher than anything in past & I have had many dogs... maybe because I confabulated to breed for a certain mindset.. and I sought to produce them by my criteria regardless of how many "breeders" told me breeding for temperament is a fallacy.." all a dog needs is to be properly socialized and trained to become an all around obedient dog"
Well one doesn't often see the APBT giving the Border Collie any competition in obedience events. I was raised on a ranch with BC's.. Temperament is a genetic trait and DON"T DENY yourself the fulfilling presence of a dog bred to submit to your being "pack leader and submits to serve you rather than "do as it pleases" when you interupt its' agenda. Make that trait your top concern when buying a puppy... If a breeder cannot tell you how the parents respond in descriptive terms... then you can expect they do not consider the mentality of what pups produced will possess.
Over 70% of dogs taken to shelters by owner is due to negative behavior and difficult to train problems. Granted many ppl don't know the first thing about training, but I am one who has adopted dogs that were awesome and yet others i took right back to shelter within a month due to their self-pleasing , non-submissive mindset.
These are one time breedings- unless a litter is lost or my pick from a breeding is stolen// dies from unforseen circumstances-- repeat breedings do not occur here...I breed for what I admire in an APBT- to keep for fun companionship & compete with. So if you like but want to wait for a future litter--- most likely it won't happen!!
MY EMAIL IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE IF INTERESTED IN MORE DETAIL ON ANYTHING ON THIS SITE--- BREEDING IS NOT MY MAJOR FOCUS. I WILL ALWAYS MAKE THE TIME FOR ADDRESSING ANY & ALL QUESTIONS FOR THOSE WHO SEEK INFO OR KNOWLEDGE ON ANY MATTERS RELATED TO DOGS - IF I DON'T KNOW I WILL DO MY BEST TO STEER YOU TO A RESOURCE THAT WILL GIVE YOU ANSWERS YOU SEEK.
Lots of time is spent playing with puppys, calling them out to me to new & different areas of my property to build their self-confidence as well as assess which ones are more willing even though they feel insecure about entering unknown territories. They spend time with me banging around in garage and operating electric tools to accustomize them to loud unusual noises. These things are important and are started by 4 weeks of age.
The following is an e-mail from a client that came to me for help in gaining command over her two male littermate 1yr old pit bull crosses. It never hurts to reveal some tangible evidence to back up one's claim of ability or knowledge....And I very deeply appreciate it when feedback is given; input from others validates that one REALLY is on track & doesn't just THINK they have it going on
The changes in my own dogs after ONE HOUR with you was just amazing, they aren't the monsters they were at all. I'm able to take my two dogs on a walk and they are even healing off leash now and I couldn't have gotten nearly so far without you. I've seen your dogs, and how they are around each other. I won't go any where else for my dogs. Bouncer was just a joy and the rest of "the gang". You're able to run numerous dogs when people are so afraid to have more than one pitbull at a time. It seems to me that's doing some thing right. Keep it up Joy.

Puppy buyer feedback
I finally was able to open your video links. I was amazed by the tree climbing. I can't wait until Kaden is old enough to start training. Stacy said the Vet talked about how cute Kaden was, until they asked his breed. The response was not one I would expect from a professional, and Kaden will not go back there. How do you give your "no" command? Is it purely vocal? I only ask because I thought Chief was well trained until I saw Bouncer.
Hey Joy
Those are some awesome pics. I will have to send you some of Louie in the next week or so. I am very pleased with Louie and I can't believe how smart he is. I am running out of tricks to teach him and nobody can believe how well behaved he is. He looks a lot like Danger but he still has a goofy set of ears:) I thought I would have been in contact sooner but I haven't had any problems at all with Lou.
Joy,
Yea!!! Congratulations! You have some amazing dogs! Cody and I were so excited about meeting you and getting to see some of your dogs! We couldn't stop talking about it the whole way home! :) I think meeting your dogs made my dad a bit more of a "believer" when it comes to pits too! He was pretty impressed, especially with how calm and well-tempered your dogs were! We're even more excited about getting one of your pups! Anyway, congrats again!
Hey Joy
Her are some pics for you. I only have a camera phone so I couldn't get you any action pics. He is a pretty athletic guy in action. Louie is doing great and I couldn't be happier with him. He is so smart and sweet...Everybody loves him. Over thanksgiving I had him around some family members who had called pitbulls pure evil in the past... after about an hour around him, seeing him do his tricks such as play dead and they were letting my little nieces chase him around and play fetch with him. I think he opened some peoples eyes about the breed. Enjoy the pics and hopefully you can send me some of the new pups.
